If its Wisdom is reduced to 0, the target becomes unconcious for 1d10 hours and is afflicted by a Long-Term Madness effect (DMG pp 260) of permanent duration until removed by lesser restoration, restoration or dispel evil. Lost Wisdom is recovered fully after a long or short rest or after waking up from unconciousness caused by this ability.

Babble An allip constantly mutters and whines to itself, creating a hypnotic effect. All sane creatures within 60 feet of the allip must suceed on a DC 13 Will save or be Stunned for 2d4 rounds. The creature may attempt the save again at the end of each of its turns. An attack by the allip breaks the effect. Creatures that successfully save cannot be affected by the same allip's babble for 24 hours.
Madness Anyone targeting an allip with thought detection, mind control or telepathic ability makes direct contact with its tortured mind and suffers the effects of its Touch of Insanity attack.
